Eos and Zeus and I went for an early run to beat the heat yesterday. It was already 50 degrees when we took off but I took them on some more new trails (to them). At first they didn't want to run the narrow trail through the berry bushes, but once they got it, they were happy to run up into the woods. Great dogs, so responsive and they had so much fun. Several deer followed us on the upper trail, including a buck but Eos and Zeus were just focused on running. Tomorrow Eos goes in for surgery so this was a fun run for her.
